(57) The assembly includes a threaded rod (4) extending from the concrete or ceiling slab (1), a foot (5) mounted on the threaded rod (4) and a bushing (2) embedded in the panel (3). The bushing (2) has a cavity (12) for taking at least the upper part of the foot (5). The assembly can further include a mounting wedge (17) that passes through the panel (3), the bushing (2) and the foot (5) to determine and/or fix the mutual position of the foot (5) and the bushing (2). The mounting wedge (17) can be used to set the panels (3) in the mounting position, when it is possible to move them longitudinally, or in the fixing position, which is final.
