 The 55^th edition of the BetonTage congress again included a top-class technical program, high-profile speakers and a fully booked exhibition. Almost 2,000 participants from over 23 countries came to Neu-Ulm to attend the event of the European precast industry from 8 to 10 February 2011. Guided by its theme of „Sustainable Innovation“, the congress reflected the multi-faceted picture that concrete offers.

Planning the future

Dr. Pero Mícíc, CEO of FutureManagementGroup AG in Eltville, Germany, delivered the keynote speech. Whether as a chief executive, managing director or private individual who is at the same time a „life entrepreneur“: the art of recognizing and strategically utilizing upcoming changes and the associated opportunities can be a key success driver. Dr. Pero Mícíc used his contribution entitled „Future Management for Life Entrepreneurs“ to explain how this approach works whilst also outlining the underlying methodology.
