Leveraging and integrating AI into operational processes, legal tech applications in legal matters

This presentation entitled “AI and Transformation” aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in today’s construction industry while demonstrating that many organizational processes may already be impacted. We will focus on the practical implementation of AI in operational processes and the effective use of legal tech applications to solve legal issues. We thoroughly analyze and discuss current trends and developments to show how AI is revolutionizing traditional organizational methods
in the construction industry and the benefits this will bring to businesses.

We also explore the concept of prompting, a method by which AI models are triggered to perform specific tasks based on explicit instructions. This technology has a wide range of applications, from optimizing design processes to improving logistics. We refer to specific examples to demonstrate how strategic prompting can be used for deploying AI systems to solve complex problems in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

In addition, we examine the integration of legal tech into day-to-day business processes and how these technologies can help mitigate compliance risks and reduce administrative burdens. We discuss the challenges and opportunities of digitalizing legal processes and offer insights into best practices for seamless implementation.

Finally, we provide practical tips and guidelines on how organizations can begin to integrate AI. From choosing the right tools to training employees, our goal is to provide attendees with a clear roadmap for their digital transformation journey.
