Bürkle Group continues on expansion path

Having acquired Südwest-Keller, a company based in the German State of Rhineland-Palatinate, Bürkle Group headquartered in Sasbach in the Baden region is pleased to welcome this attractive new member entity. Having been part of multinational Yongfeng Group since 2019, the long-established business thus once again strengthens its outstanding position in the manufacture and construction of precast elements, basements and foundation slabs.

“Joining forces, securing expertise and becoming stronger together,” this is how Johannes Bürkle and Thorsten Zegrotzki explain the attractive addition to the group portfolio. The Bürkle Group managing directors have a keen interest in expanding the product range and market position of Bürkle Group by adding a perfect fit. “Michael Paul and Udo Cullmann have done an excellent job as owners and managing directors at Südwest-Keller and excel with their profound expertise in all aspects of high-quality basement construction,” says Johannes Bürkle.

Thorsten Zegrotzki adds: “This puts them on the same page as our Bürkle specialists. We are very pleased that both of them trust us and pass on their company to us. At the same time, we are further enhancing our performance in assembly as well as engineering.” For Südwest-Keller’s business partners and customers, everything will continue as usual – Michael Paul and Udo Cullmann will remain in their roles as managing directors and the Südwest-Keller brand will continue to exist.

    For the two of them, this also means that the issue of corporate succession has been solved in their best interests. “With Bürkle Group as a strong new parent, the future of the business is now more than secure.
