Opportunities and benefits for small wastewater treatment plants

In view of the ECJ judgment in case C-100/13 (infringement of the Construction Products Directive) all parties involved are particularly concerned about the question:

How can decentralized wastewater treatment be maintained at an equally high level as in times of the national technical approval (AbZ)?

At the moment, most of the AbZs are still valid, just as the obsolete Waste Water Ordinance, which was to be amended in 2018 actually, with retaining the fictitious compliance.
