Guido Westphal-Ritter (46) was appointed sole Managing Director of the two companies Vetra Betonfertigteilwerke GmbH (in Oldenburg, Germany) and Vetra Betonfertigteile GmbH & Co. KG (in Neubrandenburg, Germany) on 25 April 2013. Both companies are part of the Holcim Deutschland Group, one of the largest manufacturers of construction products in northern Germany, and offer a wide range of solutions for precast concrete components, which they market in Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
