Aeroc TOV, Ukraine, a member of Aeroc International AS, has commissioned its newest and most modern autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) plant at an initial capacity of 900 m³ per day. The plant can easily be expanded to a capacity of 1,550 m³ per day, making it the largest production facility in Ukraine. Aeroc entrusted the supply of its plant to Hess AAC Systems B.V., for whom it was the first plant in Ukraine.
Aeroc International is one of the leading producers of AAC products in the Baltic and CIS countries with production facilities in Estonia, Latvia, Russia and now Ukraine. In Ukraine, Aeroc also took over the AAC producer in Obuchov. Together with the new Hess plant in Berezan (near Kiev), which was commissioned at the beginning of 2009, Aeroc is the largest producer of AAC in Ukraine.
The relationship with Hess was established several years ago. The first project the two companies realized together was a substantial modification of the Estonian plant. Even though Aeroc had already installed...
