The bauma in Munich set new records once again this year. This applies to both the number of visitors as well as the number of exhibitors and exhibition space booked. Ratec, the leading supplier of magnetic formwork systems and individual formwork solutions for the precast concrete industry, was able, once again in its anniversary year, in addition to its standard solutions that have proven themselves time and again in practice, to introduce a range of new developments including a next-generation 3D mold, the functionality of which was demonstrated live using a large-scale model of the modularly-designed shrinkable inner core.
For Ratec, the high expectations for bauma 2019 were met and in some cases even exceeded. Once again, this year, the trade fair event was an excellent opportunity to intensify existing customer contacts and to impress new, mainly international interested parties with the company’s unique spectrum of products and services.
Jörg Reymann, Managing Director of Ratec GmbH, summarized the event: "bauma is traditionally thetrade fair event for us and we were certainly not disappointed by the response again in the year of our 25th anniversary. We felt that the interest of the visitors and the quality of the discussions were particularly positive.”
The 23-member trade fair team was always kept busy and will be taking a substantial package of projects home with them to work on in the coming months. All product innovations were very well-received by the trade visitors, in particular the new modular 3D mold which was presented to a specialist audience for the first time in Munich.
