Dominik Frimberger Becomes New COO/CTO

PohlCon is strengthening its executive team: Alongside CEO Oliver D. Gessert, Dominik Frimberger will steer the course of PohlCon GmbH as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The company is thus setting the stage for further growth, more efficient processes, and technological advancement.
“I am very pleased to welcome Dominik Frimberger to PohlCon. With Mr. Frimberger as COO/CTO, we are consolidating our technical divisions and operational processes under one roof,” says Oliver D. Gessert.
“We are meeting the ever-increasing requirements of international markets on us as a ‘partner from the beginning to the future’ and on our products through fast logistics, innovations, and continuous investments in our plants. Under Mr. Frimberger’s leadership, I believe the active implementation of these measures is in very good hands,” adds Gessert.
Investing in the Future
Frimberger has many years of experience across various industries. After completing an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic and earning a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, he worked in the automotive, semiconductor, optics, and tooling industries. “My personal motto is: safety, quality, productivity. My goal is to refine and expand these cornerstones, which are so important to us,” says the new managing director, describing his leadership approach.
As COO/CTO, Frimberger will focus in particular on process optimization: “New processes and concepts are the key to operating even more efficiently. Targeted investments in manufacturing and product development ensure that PohlCon is future-proof and remains firmly established in the market. Driving these steps forward—that’s exactly what I’m looking forward to.”
