New team member at Hauraton: Jan Jenette takes over sales management for the southern sales force

With Jan Jenette, Hauraton has gained a strong sales expert as the new Sales Manager for Field Service South. The 29-year-old knows and understands the trade, having worked in field sales himself for many years. Hauraton is entrusting him with the management of sales for the entire southern German region. "In Jan Jenette, we have gained a competent colleague with a hands-on mentality,’ says Marcel Flattich, Hauraton Managing Director for Sales and Marketing. ‘He puts things into practice and will continue to drive forward our mission of establishing rainwater management as a holistic process in construction and planning projects at an early stage."


Rainwater management as an important topic for the future

Jan Jenette's goals suit Hauraton: "Making rainwater management tangible as an important topic for the future is what I see as the core idea for strengthening my sales team. Project and complete solutions in particular offer great opportunities for companies and local authorities in times of climate change." The service concept is central to him: ‘Results-orientated work and close communication with customers at all times are important to me.’ Jenette's market experience is a great advantage, as is the company culture of the family business, in which good ideas can be realised quickly. This corresponds to his experience as a hobby racing cyclist, who likes to “experience” many experiences and impressions literally up close over long distances.

After studying business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mosbach (DHBW), specialising in retail/controlling, Jan Jenette began his professional career in the workshop supplies sector and continued in the building materials sector. His previous focus was on supporting major customers, trade businesses and construction companies. He gained extensive experience in the building materials sector with the introduction of digitally supported solutions and in three-tier organised sales.

Hauraton's focus is on the development and sale of integrated rainwater management solutions. These are designed to make cities more climate-friendly, utilise rainwater as a resource, offer plant operators security and improve quality of life. Close customer contact is an important tool for this. Hauraton continuously develops its solutions to meet the needs of its customers. Marcel Flattich: "We monitor the requirements and interests of cities, municipalities, building owners and planners and create suitable products and solutions. A close relationship with customers and the industry and an agile, reliable sales personality like Jan's are essential for our work and further development."
