Master Builders Solutions, a global leader in advanced chemical solutions for the construction industry, has finalised the acquisition of Arkaz from Alturki Holding. The official closing took place on 10. March 2026. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008, Arkaz has been operating for more than a decade in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, emerging as a leading player in the construction chemicals industry. Today, Arkaz is offering a wide range of quality construction products and systems, specialising in concrete admixtures, waterproofing and building products. With its two production sites in Dammam and Jeddah it has a leading market position in the Kingdom.
Middle East expansion strategy
