Congress of the German association of cement producers end of September

VDZ Congress 2018 will take place from September 26th to 28th at the Maritime Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany. On the first day Christian Knell, President of the association of German cement producers VDZ, will welcome the participants. The program on the first day includes lectures on “Cement of the Future”, “Technical Trends and Innovations in the Construction Sector” or “Concrete and its Digital Fabrication”.

On the second day there will be two “Technical Sessions” in the morning and two in the afternoon. Topics will be: “Industrial Internet of Things – A Roller Mill Solution as an example”, “Conversion of CO2 – A Techno-economic Assessment” etc. On the last day there will be two “Technical Sessions” in the morning dealing with topics like “NOx Abatement in the German Cement Industry”, “Trends in Grinding Technologies” etc.
