Precast factory Chazey-Bons: Successful with customized products from Technique Béton
The precast factory Chazey-Bons in Lyon was founded in 2000 and produces precast elements such as stairs, bridge elements, retaining walls, piers and beams for commercial buildings. The company has established itself successfully in the French market. Technique Béton – part of the DSI group – supplies quality products herewith supporting the success of the plant.
In order to guarantee the quality of their high grade precast elements, Chazey-Bons have been collaborating with specialized suppliers for years. Because of its long-standing know-how in the field of concrete technology and chemistry, Technique Béton is the ideal partner for Chazey-Bons Préfa.
Technique Béton supplies – among other products – the high-quality mold release agent Décosyntec 2001 and the admixture CRD 19. This chemical product is designed to accelerate the setting of concrete. It was specifically developed for use in cold weather and to increase the use of molds. Furthermore, it is successfully used with projects such as the construction of avalanche protection walls and tunnels in alpine regions.
Chazey-Bons Préfa furthermore uses Mortar Finimur fin. This special one component mortar seals pores in concrete, thus creating smooth surfaces. Finimur Fin is easy to apply and shows excellent adhesion to different substrates.
Technique Béton also supplies lifting and fixing tools to the precaster in Lyon, including eye anchors and lifting loops. And for the production of stairs, Chazey-Bons uses special Laroche® Magnets. These high performance magnets are used for stabilizing and fixating formwork during concreting.
