Sustainable concrete filler launched on the market

With Nafuquick eCO2 and Emcefix F eCO2, MC-Bauchemie has launched two sustainable alternative for classic concrete fillers on the market. Both products offer not only significantly lower CO₂ emissions, but also convince in terms of quality and meet the current requirements of sustainable building.

MC has been working on the development of environmentally friendly construction materials with reduced CO₂ footprint for many years. The aim is to develop sustainable alternatives to conventional products that satisfy both the ecological requirements of the Green Deal of the EU as well as the qualitative specifications of the standards.

 

Nafuquick eCO2: the sustainable universal filler

With Nafuquick eCO2, MC has expanded the time-tested Nafuquick series to include a particularly environmentally friendly variety. The universal filler is characterized by a CO₂-reduced recipe and is ideally suitable for versatile applications and repairs on concrete surfaces on the shell such as surface filling of blowholes. It impresses with a CO₂-reduction of almost 40% compared to the conventional Nafuquick. The filler is available in the color shade pebble gray and is ideally suited for CO₂-reduced concretes.

 

Emcefix F eCO2: CO₂-reduced fine filler

Emcefix F eCO2 supplements the Emcefix series by a sustainable option for filling and repair work in concrete construction. The polymer-modified filler can be easily mixed with water and is optimally suited for large-scales and detailed repairs as well as for fine fillings on exposed and architectural concrete – also ideal for high-quality precast concrete. In comparison to Emcefix filler F long, more than 34% CO₂ are saved. The sustainable fine filler is available in the color shade pebble gray available.
