New vacuum hand-held laying device for slabs weighing up to 250 kg

Cordless, flexible, and versatile – for use by hand or as an attachment – Probst GmbH is expanding its range with the new M-JET-250 vacuum hand-held laying device, a compact and powerful vacuum lifter for the safe and ergonomic laying of heavy slabs.

Whether natural stone slabs, concrete slabs, tiles, exposed aggregate concrete slabs, or other porous building materials: weighing only 16 kg, the M-JET-250 reliably lifts elements weighing up to 250 kg and, thanks to 18 V/10 Ah CAS battery technology, is completely cordless. This makes the M-JET-250 particularly flexible to use and independent of external power sources.

Flexible use on the construction site

The M-JET-250 can be ideally adapted to different construction site situations. Two people can comfortably operate the device using ergonomically adjustable handles. A wired remote control allows the vacuum to be released directly at the touch of a button. Alternatively, the M-JET-250 can also be used on excavators, wheel loaders, or other carrier equipment via the integrated suspension eye. This means that the vacuum lifter can be used both manually and as an attachment.

Quick suction plate change and well-thought-out details

An important advantage of the M-JET-250 is the optionally available quick-change system for suction plates. The suction plates can be replaced in seconds without tools. The system is identical to that of the Speedy VS, so existing suction plates can continue to be used. Also practical for everyday use on construction sites: the fold-down handles allow for a stable parking position in which the device stands securely and the suction plate hangs freely. This keeps the suction surface clean and protects the seal.

Safety and control at a glance

The integrated display provides information about the current vacuum at all times. In addition, clearly visible LEDs indicate whether the picked-up element is held securely: green signals a secure hold, red indicates insufficient vacuum pressure. This increases work safety on the construction site. Thanks to the CAS-compatible battery interface, any 18 V CAS battery from 8 Ah can be used in addition to the standard CAS 18 V/10 Ah battery.
