New compaction aids for the production of concrete goods

MC-Bauchemie expands their well-proven product range of compaction aids for semi-dry concretes: Along with Murasan Hydrotech 864, now there is a new lite version available that convinces with the usual high performance at a reduced dosage.

The production of high-quality concrete products and precast elements makes highly specific demands on the consistency, compactability and early strength – in particular, when it comes to products like pipes, or hollow core slabs. In order to meet these requirements even more specifically, MC presents the Hydrotech 864 Duo consisting of Murasan Hydrotech 864 supplemented by the new Murasan Hydrotech 864 lite.

Flexible fields of application

Murasan Hydrotech 864 convinces through highest efficiency combined with first-class performance. The compaction aid has especially been developed for demanding applications where a high-quality surface structure and a high durability are asked for.

Reduced carbon footprint

An advantage of the Murasan Hydrotech 864 products is their contribution to reduce carbon emissions. Depending on the respective concrete mix design, there is the possibility to reduce the cement content when using the compaction aids. This can contribute to an additional reduction of the CO₂ emissions.

Advanced technology for highest efficiency

Both products are based on the latest PCE generation of MC, thus providing for an effective cement dispersion, smooth surface textures and faster strength development. The outcome is an enhanced compaction and a high resistance to frost and de-icing salts – ideal for durable and resistant concrete components.
