In.: DokaXact Load & Pressure

DokaXact Load & Pressure fundamentally change the production of concrete components. Whereas previous measuring systems usually only recorded individual, often analog or wired measuring points, DokaXact enables fully digital, wireless, and networked monitoring of the concreting process for the first time. Measurement data from several sensors is combined so that load and pressure curves can be tracked seamlessly over time. This makes the structural condition transparent and predictable in real time.

Until now, key process parameters such as load distribution or fresh concrete pressure often had to be derived from model assumptions, empirical values, or conservative safety margins. This can lead to uncertainties, potential overloads, and increased material usage. DokaXact replaces these assumptions with precise, continuous measurement data that is automatically evaluated, visualized, and documented—thus creating a data-based real-time process in concrete construction.

DokaXact Load measures the actual loads acting on formwork anchors in real time. Overloads, uneven pressure distributions, or unexpected stress conditions can be detected immediately. The data obtained enables learning-based optimization of the supporting structure, reduces safety reserves, and increases cost-effectiveness through lower material consumption.

DokaXact Pressure records the fresh concrete pressure throughout the entire concreting process. For the first time, the concreting process can be actively controlled on the basis of real pressure curves. This minimizes overload situations, ensures homogeneous compaction of the concrete, and creates complete documentation. Quality assurance thus reaches a level that significantly exceeds conventional model assumptions.

The innovation has an impact on several levels:

Minimization of risks due to excessive formwork pressure or uneven load distribution

More efficient use of materials and resources thanks to precise load and pressure data

Significantly improved planning and control of the concreting process

Fully digitized and transparent verification

Holistic analysis over the entire time course—instead of individual measuring points—by combining multiple sensors.

All in all, DokaXact Load and DokaXact Pressure define the next generation standard in concrete construction. The systems transform the construction process from a predominantly experience-based approach to a modern, data-driven process that sustainably increases safety, efficiency, and structural quality.
