(57) The invention relates to an improved blockout for concrete voids around a fixing. The improved blockout for concrete voids includes a blockout body for forming a generally corresponding blockout shape when surrounded by concrete, and a conduit within the blockout body for receipt of a fixing. A grip portion is also 5 included, associated with the blockout body to enable readily gripping of the body and removal from the formed blockout. The invention also includes variations thereon and methods of use.
