(57) The present invention relates to a concrete building module that is manufactured at a factory by using concrete, transported to a construction site, and assembled. The building module comprises: an upper structure including a ceiling slab; a lower structure including a floor slab; and a column installed between the upper structure and the lower structure. The upper structure, the lower structure, and the column are all made of concrete and are assembled by being bolted together. The ceiling slab is provided with a facility opening that passes through vertically.
