At the trade fairs to come in April 2010, bauma and Powtech, Italvibras G. Silingardi SpA, one of the worlds leading companies in the field of electric vibrators of high quality, quantity, performance and safety, will present a new product.
The VU series, ITALVIBRAS – exciters designed for the highest operational demands, i.e. for linear vibrations at especially large and heavy vibration machines. Smoothness of running, long service life (B10 life) and a minimum degree of maintenance guarantee a very high efficiency. -Centrifugal forces ranging from 88 kN to 453 kN and a static moment from 8000 kgmm to 734400 kgmm – in spheroidal graphite iron (SG iron) provide for extremely high loads.
-Various hole patterns available upon request – to be selected in advance.
-Spherical roller bearings of the highest quality provide for a long service life.
-To be used at any time at ambient temperatures from -30 degrees C up to maximum +80 degrees C. The qualities of the materials and the components speak for themselves, like all new developments they are checked in long-term tests and quality tests carried out in the factory.
Exciters of the VU series have been developed by Italvibras and are also manufactured "Made in Italy" in their own factory, like the entire range of vibrators as well as other components of the vibration technology. The know-how gained over many years in the field of vibration technology, state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing systems installed in the new factory in Fiorano (Italy) now lead to the production of high-performance and reliable vibrators. The new VU series – most suitable for the use in continuous operation: maximum performance for large and heavy oscillating screens and shaking conveyors. The new exciters of the VU series, as well as the large range of well-proven vibrators of Italvibras, will be presented at bauma in Munich in hall/booth C1-415 and directly afterwards at Powtech in Nuremberg in hall 6, booth 369.
