Name change and acquisition

Kraft Energy GmbH and Kraft Energy, Inc. announced last month that their assets had been purchased by an international investment group. The company will now be called Kraft Curing Systems, Inc. The new company is affiliated with A.L. Patterson, having established a North American distribution facility for sales, parts and service at Patterson’s corporate location in Fairless Hills, PA.
