Lightweight concrete construction presented in Rotterdam

Rotterdam is the gateway to the world for trade in goods of EU countries. At the largest deep water port in Europe, around 466 million t of goods were handled in 2015. Not far from the docks and heavy-duty cranes is an important exhibition ground for the construction industry: the “Innovation Center for Sustainable Construction” (Dutch: Innovatie Centrum Duurzaam Bouwen). Only companies with particularly environmentally friendly products are given an exhibition space.
