Innovation: Management of incoming deliveries for simplified accounting

The DornerBatch Incoming Delivery Management software is a new development from Dorner Electronic for simplified entry of material deliveries and for releasing silo feeding. Until now, the entry of material deliveries and of delivery note data constituted a major part of the work of the mix operator. In addition, based on the information on the delivery note, it was necessary to search for and release the correct silo for charging. The work was time-consuming and susceptible to error.

Less work for the mix operator

The new Incoming Delivery Management software relieves the mix operator from this work. The mix operator and/or the driver scans the QR code on the delivery note in the plant and the mix operator is immediately notified of the incoming delivery.

The entry is confirmed by the mix operator, the incoming delivery entered and the correct silo released for feeding. With a mapping tool, various QR codes can be generated for DornerBatch.

Autonomous checking

DornerBatch autonomously checks into which silo the incoming material must be delivered.  The choice of silo takes place based on the current filling level.
