Icon-Xchange: Refreshing ideas in the desert

The dual event comprising the annual membership meeting of the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) and the first edition of the trade show Icon-Xchange must have appeared to the participants like “an oasis in the desert” and this not only because of the venue Palm Springs. Since the manufacturers of concrete masonry units in the U.S.A. also had been suffering the consequences of the international economic and financial crises for a very long time, the diversified event program gave refreshing impetus for an economic recovery.
