Filling robot increases
production capacity

The increasing demand for the Bisomark masonry elements with built-in insulation forced Bisotherm GmbH to expand its production line at its facilities in the German city of Mülheim-Kärlich. For this reason, an automatic filling machine was commissioned in the block manufacturing plant of Dr. Carl Riffer Baustoffwerke GmbH & Co. KG, which is producing the blocks of the brand Bisomark. The machine is an internal development of the company’s mechanical engineers. It has a maximum capacity of 20 m³ of masonry per hour.
