(57) Disclosed are a fabric concrete block and a preparation method therefor. The block comprises four L-shaped angle shafts (2) arranged to form edges and corners of a rectan­gular barrel, a fabric housing (1) fixed outside the L-shaped angle shafts (2) in a tensioned and winding manner to form a rectangular barrel-shaped structure, and a filler (5) filled inside the fabric housing (1). The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. bonding L-shaped angle shafts (2) to four edges of a core barrel (3) by means of a double-sided adhesive and applying a mixture of an epoxy resin and a curing agent to outer surfaces thereof, wrapping a fabric around the core barrel (3) once and bonding same on the L-shaped angle shafts (2), maintaining tension until the epoxy resin solidifies, and removing the core barrel (3) to com­plete the preparation of the fabric housing (1); 2. filling a filler into the fabric housing (1), and pressing and vibrating the filler to make same compact, so that the fabric is attached to an inner wall of a steel mould (4); and 3. curing the filler (5) until same is initially solidified, removing the steel mold (4), and continuing to cure the filler (5) until same is fully solidified.
