Controlling interest in the Croatian company Kelteks acquired

Effective 10 September 2014, the Solidian GmbH, seated in the German city of Albstadt, acquired a controlling interest in Kelteks d.o.o in Karlovac, Croatia. Through this participation, Solidian extends its products and technology portfolio in the manufacture of nonmetallic reinforcement for the construction industry.
