Board of creditors agrees to sale

Besser GmbH’s Board of Creditors has agreed to the sale of the German subsidiary of the globally active Besser Company, Alpena, Michigan, USA, to OMAG Service GmbH. The company was already been taken over by the buyer, the Weets Group, on the first day of August.
