Automated manufacturing process in the precast factory

Primo has managed to develop a „magnet magazine“ allowing positioning of several magnets on as well as their later removal from the formwork table in a fully automated process or manually. Hence, the precast factory saves valuable cycle time. Mounting parts can be placed reliably and efficiently with the aid of the magnets. The result is an improved quality and a reduction of complaints. The automated, efficient manufacturing process ensures the precast factory a considerable saving of time and costs as well as an increased added value.

Benefits:

Fast cycle time due to automated positioning

Counteracting the shortage of skilled workers

Series production in the factory

Increased added value by mounting parts

Working steps such as plotting are eliminated

Complaints are minimized by an automation process.
