Apply now –2020 Innovation Prize of the Concrete Supplier Industry
The starting shot has sounded for the competition for the 2020 Innovation Prize of the Supplier Industry for Concrete Components. The competition organizers are looking for innovative products, processes and services involved in the manufacture of structural concrete elements and other concrete products that enhance the state of the art, save time and money in the production process and/or contribute toward optimization in construction work. Interested companies are invited to submit their documentation by 30 November 2019. Key selection criteria are the degree of innovation and the originality of the proposal, relevance for the precast industry as well as market and application potential.
Eligible for participation are companies and research institutes from the mechanical engineering, software and supplier industries for concrete components. Innovations for the competition must not be more than two years old at the time of submission, and for which proprietary rights and/or usage rights have been granted.
The prize has been sponsored since 2002 by FBF Betondienst GmbH, organizer of the BetonTage, jointly with the technical journal BFT International Betonwerk + Fertigteil-Technik, media partner for the BetonTage. The awards ceremony will take place as part of the opening of the 64th BetonTage, on 18 February 2020 in Neu-Ulm, Germany.
