 Rebar tying and cutting can be a time-consuming process associated with a lot of physical strain. Grabner Betonfertigteilsysteme thus tested the rebar cutting and tying units offered by Wacker Neuson in order to improve processes, increase efficiency and make operation more ergonomic for employees on the shop floor. This trial was successful – the units have been in service ever since at the premises of the company, and have significantly increased cost efficiency and safety.

Grabner Betonfertigteilsysteme is located in the Bavarian town of Bogen/Furth. This family-managed business specializes in the production of precast elements. In particular, the product range of the factory includes filigree and element slabs, as well as stairs, solid and double walls, and balcony slabs.
