Nimbus enters into Rampf

The German-Dutch investor Nimbus is majority shareholder of Rampf Formen GmbH with immediate effect. The re-orientation of the group of companies that started successfully will consequently be continued together with the Rampf family. The latter will remain in the company as a shareholder. 

Starting with the fiscal year 2011, the Rampf group saw a period with partly substantial changes. At that time, the primary objective was to regain the profitability of the group. This was the basic requirement for successful efforts to find a new shareholder fitting to a family-owned enterprise like Rampf....
