On the occasion of the 60th Beton­Tage congress in 2016, FBF Betonservice in cooperation with the BFT International trade magazine awarded the invention of the so-called “Korbwand” (“cage wall”) made by Rapperstorfer Automation with the coveted Innovation Award for structural concrete products of the supplier industry. On the one hand, the innovation “cage wall” comprises a final product, that is to say a welded reinforcement cage for double walls and, on the other hand, the automated welding machine for reinforcement as well as the manufacturing method for the reinforcement cage.
