Sany takes over Putzmeister, the specialist in concrete pumps

The Chinese manufacturer of construction machinery Sany has acquired 100 percent of the shares of the concrete pump enterprise Putzmeister. Putzmeister declared this fact in a press release published at the end of January. The Chinese are said to have spent about 525 million euro for the takeover of the German company.
