Many successful reference projects show that BWE-Bau Fertigteilwerk GmbH, Wiefelstede/Germany, have made a name for themselves in the field of manufacturing architectural concrete façades. In this regard, particular attention is paid to premium surface design, which is the reason for the cooperation with Hebau GmbH based in Sonthofen.
A seven-story new building with a gross floor space of 35,700 m² has recently been erected by company Zechbau, NL Berlin, at Otto-Suhr-Allee in Berlin-Charlottenburg by order of Art Invest Real Estate, according to the design of HPP Hentrich-Petschnigg & Partner GmbH + Co. KG, Cologne. The administration building providing office space for about 2,500 workplaces is mainly used by Deutsche Bank as major tenant. Thanks to the efficient construction method using load-bearing precast concrete elements of BWE-Bau, the building shell and the façade could be completed within ten months.
