New management structure as of 1 January 2015

As planned at the appointment in 2013, Director Finn Buus Nielsen (65) will resign by the end of 2014 as Group Manager and CEO of Skako A/S (Holding). The Board of Directors have decided to appoint a new holding management with common reference to the Board of Directors, consisting of Division Manager Søren Pedersen (51), Skako Concrete A/S; Division Manager Carl Christian Graversen (59), Skako Vibration A/S; and Finance Director (CFO) Henrik Blegvad Funk (50).
