Involvement in South­east Asia

In May 2013, the MC-Bauchemie Group extended its involvement in Southeast Asia with the acquisition of WAK Technologies Pte. Ltd., which has been the MC sales partner in Singapore for more than 15 years. The takeover and renaming of the acquiree to MC-Bauchemie Singapore Pte. Ltd. takes the globally engaged family-run company from its headquarters in Bottrop, Germany, another step forward in the implementation of its growth strategy. MC has been active in the Asia-Pacific region for many years, with companies in India, Malaysia and Taiwan as well as this latest addition in Singapore.
