The new exclusive design of the Simem Xentrix planetary mixers has an off-center positioning of the main mixing arms and central charging of cement, water and additives, which makes it a leader in its class, as well as ensures the best possible mixing action.
The mixing is highly efficient due to the integrated action of central satellites (one or two, depending on the model) in planetary rotation for a centrifugal effect, combined with the centripetal effect of the perimeter scraping arms. Water is introduced through an innovative system that distributes the water 360° making it flow into the mixer shaped like an umbrella. This system also reduces dust during the charging of cement as the water helps bind the dust through a central cement inlet. In conjunction with a filter unit which is equipped with a fan, the environmental contamination is minimized.
