Teichmann takes over Brunnhuber Krane
The Brunnhuber companies, crane technology as well as services, located in Augsburg and Berlin have been taken over by Teichmann Krane of Essen (Germany) including all production sites. Based in Essen, Berlin, Augsburg and Erfurt positive synergy effects are expected for the response time in the field of services in Germany and aboard.
The Brunnhuber Group, comprising the Brunnhuber companies for crane technology in Berlin and Augsburg as well as service providing companies, will be taken over in a so-called “asset deal” by Dipl.-Kfm. Ralf Teichmann, managing partner of Ralf Teichmann GmbH, the market leader for customized crane systems applying used components, and the crane service company, Krantechnik Ost on November 11, 2009.
