German financial experts have become optimistic in August. The reason for this are rises in incoming orders and a revival in exports. The economic expectations experienced a surprisingly dramatic leap, as reported by the Center for European Economic Research (ZEW). A much slower rise had actually been anticipated. Although some experts remain doubtful as always, signs of an end to the global crisis are nevertheless becoming increasingly apparent.
