Molds for hollow blocks of the latest generation

The CSi-Nitro mold for concrete products made by Rampf

 The CSi-Nitro molds for concrete products set new standards in terms of wear resistance, vibration ability and ease of maintenance concerning steel molds used for hollow blocks and solid blocks. Since the initial presentation on the occasion of last year’s “Big 5 Show” in Dubai, there have been continuously growing sales figures not least due to the excellent production results of the molds for concrete blocks.

The new CSi-Nitro molds are manufactured with hardened tamper shoes. The improved surface hardness has increased the resistance to wear and tear and thus increased the effective service life of the mold significantly. Moreover, the screwed parts of the tamper facilitate potential repair work. Thus, the single parts of the tamper can be changed quickly by simply loosing the respective screws.

An entirely new generation of the core carrier mounting at the inner surface of the mold ensures an increased vibration ability and thus an even better compaction of the block because of a better side...
