Final accounting



The precast industry is hard-pressed to explain exactly what happened. Since 7 April it’s official: the German Precast Concrete Federation (BDB) will disband. Having fought so hard and unanimously determined for continuation of the Federation last October, it has now reached this sad end.

 Back in autumn, matters stood on razor’s edge. Would we be able to generate the necessary funds for its continuation? What membership fee regulation would be  acceptable?
